Building and Campus

The Al Falah School building was built from foundations up expressly for the purposes of fulfilling the vision of YECS.  With 4 stories, an indoor courtyard, and an open homey feel, the building serves as both school and home for the resident orphans.

Set in the shadow of the historic Qutb Shahi monuments, the campus features a pristine natural setting (far from the city's famous pollution) with plenty of space for the children to enjoy their play ground.

School Rooms

In addition to well lit/ventilated standard classrooms, the school floors feature a nursery, an internet enabled computer lab, a library with didactic models and toys, and a number of interactive e-learning equipped classrooms.

Room and Board

Orphans at the Al-Falah school are comfortably housed in dormitory style halls, and are fed three nutritious meals a day, in addition to snacks and drinks. The care staff at Al-Falah give the children individual attention and ensure that they are safe, comfortable, and happy.

Campus Masjid

The Al-Falah campus also has an attached public masjid with its own imam and mu'adhin. The masjid is walled off from the main campus to ensure student safety, but is easily accessible to the students via a secure gate. Older students attend prayers 5x a day with chaperones, allowing them to engage with the community and reap the spiritual benefits of praying in a mosque.

In addition, there is a dedicated prayer/recitation space in the school building, used for islamic instruction and as the main study room for the Hifz students.
